Yak Tours Hostel would be the best choice I would say...It will cost 250 som per night with 1 meal, and 350 som per night with 2 meals included:). I stayed there for a couple of weeks and I felt pretty comfortable...the price also includes baggage hold, a kitchen, an info board and some videos on Central Asia:).Oh..the bad bit about staying there is that they have only one bathroom:).
