If you are looking for a cheap and nice place...I would recommend Kench Restaurant..The meals here cost around 120 som...I had stroganov tornados with vodka and mushrooms sauce...it's the dish they're famous for;)...100 som. If this is too expensive for you, you could try Traktiry Kalinka..doesn't look that nice..but you can have a meal for 30 som..
